Jon had sent Cameron to work and told him to give Claire the message to stop by his room sometime today. He wasn't planning on actually going anywhere today, it was Sunday and he was taking the day off. Not that he actually worked, but hey, he claimed too.

He did go through the trouble of making dinner (one of Cameron's easier dishes) and grabbing something for the bakery for dessert. He stopped himself short of lighting candles though, he didn't want to over do it.

Jon hadn't really expected things to go the way they had that day. At least not with asking what he did of Claire, that he had planned on asking her later. Of course, the question she had asked in return pretty much ended up shorting out his brain for a few seconds.

Now, he just had to see what Cameron thought of the idea before he said yes or no.

Jack and Sam had been left at the clinic in Janet's capable (if not sympathetic) hands and before she could even tell him and Cameron to get lost, Jon had been out the doors and headed back to the hotel. He was pissed off and frustrated. Pissed at people for not checking to make sure that the old man wasn't carrying. Frustrated that there were a dozen or so genius types in the village and no one could figure out how to get the snake out of Jack's head.

Pissed that Cameron had jumped -him- during the fight. Him, the guy who still had the memories of specials ops training and missions in his head. Who, despite the looks, was not actually an eighteen year old kid. He'd known what he was doing, going right for the shoulder on Jack's gun side. It wasn't as if he had forgotten everything the Air Force had knocked into Jack's head.

He'd taken the stairs instead of the elevator at the hotel, then slammed the door to his room after walking inside. His bloody shirt was practically torn off and thrown into the corner near the trashcan as he headed for the bathroom. All he wanted right now was a shower and to finish off the beers in his fridge. He didn't give a shit about anything else right now.

Jon didn't usually come by Cameron's place... hell, he'd only been there once, but the guy had offered beer if he came by and Jon was getting more than a little bored just staring at his ceiling all damn evening. The fact of the matter was, he was bored and barely eighteen, which meant he wasn't getting served or going to have any fun in the bars. He could try the casino, but that meant dealing with Ba'al, and he just wasn't ready for that yet.

Hell, being in the same hotel was still making him twitch.
